The Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

MSCHE accreditation applies to all academic programs and institutional operations at the following approved Mildred Elley locations:

New York State Board of Regents

Mildred Elley’s Albany, New York Campus is approved by the New York State Board of Regents to offer the Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) and Associate in Occupational Studies (A.O.S.) degrees.

Mildred Elley’s NYC Metro Campus is approved by the New York State Board of Regents to offer the Associate in Occupational Studies (A.O.S.) degree.
