Due to the amount of requests we are receiving for our complementary student chair massage event, we ask that you please fill out the form below to help us better serve you. Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee a schedule chair massage.

If you desire a licensed Massage Therapist please see the information below listed in the disclaimer section.

Chair Massage Request Form

A member of the Massage Therapy Department will contact you as soon as your request is received. If we are able to honor your request, a follow-up call to discuss details will be made within 48 hours of your request.

If students are unable to fulfill this request, we may be able to accommodate and offer you with a licensed massage therapist(s) on staff. Please note that there is a cost associated with Licensed Massage Therapists. The cost for a Licensed massage therapist (s) will be $100 for a 2 hour time frame. If your event is large and requires more time and more therapist(s) an additional cost $100 will be added (1 hour extension)

Students will be supervised at all times by a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist.
